Amy Khosravi was recommended to us by a realtor in Seattle. And then by a friend here in Spokane. She exceeded expectations in every way, working with a seasoned home owner (husband) and a reluctant, picky, and impatient first-timer buyer (me). She understood exactly what we cared about, got our taste, explained everything carefully, and made the process fast, efficient, and even, to my shock, pleasurable. Before, during, and after closing she was there for us. Amy is fabulous. If it didn't make me seem like a weirdo, I would stop people on the street to tell them about her.

Amy was fantastic! We are from out of the area and Amy was able to give us all the information we needed at our fingertips. Works well the the selling agent to gain information about property and area so we had the knowledge needed to purchase without wondering what we were really getting.

We were under contract several times and they did not pan out but Amy always had a good attitude and did not stop helping us until we found our perfect house. Her knowledge was instrumental at every step in the process. I have known all kinds of realtors and I can say, unequivocally, she is one of the best that I have worked with.

Amy Khosravi and Kenny Parks were a fabulous team. They were with me from the beginning of my home sale, to the final bittersweet end of closing. The sale of my home was complex and they handled it with grace, compassion, and understanding. I spent time going over the business aspects of the sale process with Amy, and she was knowledgable and always willing to answer questions; sometimes she would provide very personal life counsel that was much appreciated. Amy is no-nonsense, which was very refreshing, during a time filled with nonsense for me. She is the kind of person you want in your corner, when things get tough. She is tough, but also extremely warm and caring, with fantastic communication skills. Kenny was as helpful as they come. He was always available, he hosted an Open House multiple times, along with hitting the pavement with me at countless properties, in all sorts of weather, in the search of my new home. Kenny was kind and patient, and so willing to help however he could, especially with details. He would get as excited at home possibilites as I would. He was a delight to work with, and he helped me sort through a multitude of issues that came up. Amy and Kenny both worked beautifully together as a team, and they also allowed each other to use their unique strengths seperately, while working with me. They each communicated with me frequently, keeping me informed, and they answered my many, many, questions promptly and professionally. It felt like I was working with professional friends. I would highly recommend Amy and Kenny! And if I ever move again, I will be calling them for sure!
